Ukraine. Rescheduling in Implementation of the Pilot Project on State Regulation of Insulin Medicines

[March 25th, 2014] On 25 March 2014 Regulation No.73 “Issues of Implementation of Pilot Project on Introduction of State Regulation of Prices for Insulin Medicines” (“Regulation No.73”) became effective. According to Regulation No.73 the terms of implementation of the Pilot Project on Introduction of State Regulation of Prices for Insulin Medicines are rescheduled for 2015.

Also, under Regulation No.73 by 1 December 2014 the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine (the “MHU”) should draft an act concerning implementation of insulin medicines value reimbursement starting from 1 January 2015.
