A notification on the preparation of the Government Resolution “On Approving the Lists of Medical Product, which Sale in Russia and Import into Russia and Other Territories Located under its Jurisdiction, the Raw Materials and Components for their Production that are Not Taxable” was posted at the web-portal for publishing the information on law-drafting activities by the federal executive authorities.
The draft introduces a unified list of medical devices, the sale or imports of which in(to) the Russian Federation is exempt from VAT.
As of now, public discussions on this issue have been completed.
